Lisa Bush has worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years and serves on multiple non-profit organizational boards supporting her community and promoting women in business. Before the launch of Alluvial Private Wealth, Lisa worked with Lars Olson as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. She continues to focus on helping families create a financial plan with the confidence to achieve their personal goals. She is passionate about empowering women to attaining financial equality and independence through education and investing. Lisa earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Franklin University, following an associate degree in business management from the Marion Technical College. 

Lisa is a board member for the Marion Women's Club Home and serves as board President of the Women’s Business Council in Marion. She also holds an advisory board position at The Ohio State University Marion Campus. In 2024 Lisa was inducted in the Marion Technical College Alumni Hall of Fame and in 2025 was honored as the Athena Award recipient for the Marion Women's Business Council.

Lisa resides in Marion and recently celebrated her 30th wedding anniversary with husband, Eli. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Eliana and Hannah.
