As a founding member of Alluvial Private Wealth, Manoj Sharma brings nearly 14 years of experience in wealth management. Manoj worked alongside Alluvial founder Lars Olson at Merrill Lynch, where he had been a Financial Advisor since 2014. Before graduating from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance, Manoj interned for Lars’ office at Merrill. He joined the team as a Client Associate in 2011.

A native of Punjab, India, Manoj is of the first generation in his family to earn a college education. Proud of  his accomplishments and appreciative of the opportunities he’s experienced, Manoj is committed to giving back to the Marion community through his volunteer activities, including his involvement with the local Marion Noon Kiwanis since 2015 and has since served as a past president and board member. For 2021-2023, he served as Lieutenant Governor for Kiwanis Ohio Division 11 South, overseeing eight clubs in Ohio Division 11 South. He was president of the Marion Industrial Club from 2018-2022. Manoj was a volunteer judge on the Whirlpool Sons and Daughters Scholarship Fund committee in 2018.

He is a volunteer and community member at Bharatiya Hindu Temple in Powell, Ohio. Manoj and his wife Rupali are the parents to two beautiful daughters who keep them very busy. He speaks English, Punjabi and Hindi. A big Ohio State football fan, Manoj enjoys traveling, playing golf, trap shooting, cooking, and spending time with his family.
